Receta para realizar un rico helado de whisky.
INGREDIENTES
1 lata de Leche Evaporada
1 lata de Leche Condensada
Medio vaso de whisky
1 Cucharada de Cafe soluble
1 Yema de Huevo
3 claras de huevo punto merengue
PREPARACIÓN
Mezclar las leches, agregar la yema de huevo batida hasta esponjar.
Batir por uno minutos agregando el whisky y el café.
Envolver las claras con esta mezcla.
Poner al congelador durante un tiempo de 4 a 5 horas.
